Bigfoot Concrete Pier Foundation Stabilization System

The “Bigfoot” pier system is preferred by six of the largest engineering firms in Kansas City for lifting and stabilizing foundations. Our system is designed to provide long-term structural support using large, reinforced concrete footings installed to engineered specifications.

We begin by excavating the soil according to the engineer’s specifications, typically 2 to 6 feet below the original foundation and footing. From there, our process includes:

• Digging, forming, and pouring 4,000 PSI concrete
• Constructing an approximately 3' x 4' x 1' (12 sq. ft.) reinforced footing pier
• Raising the home back to its original position and securing it with solid blocking
• Filling any exposed cracks within the work area
• Backfilling and regrading the soil upon completion

Note: Bigfoot piers are approximately 50 times larger than standard 3-inch or 4-inch steel piers.

Warranty
